Yahoo doesn't allow links to prevent spam, apparently that covers their own message board links as well. If you go to Yahoo's homepage and click on "More Y! Sites" and go into Message Board, then Sports and Recreation, Baseball, and finally Fantasy Baseball you can find a link to the constitution and questionnaire. It's an extremely convoluted system here to try and recruit people.
