TO has been bad lately, but the Giants secondary has been vulnerable, and they'll need him involved to have a chance. Also, Witten is banged up.
Cassel has been looking better, and the Indy defense has been mediocre at best. I'd look for them to try to pressure and take away the deep balls, leaving lots of underneath routes for Welker.
Bills D has looked good this year, so I see Cotchery with the least upside. Although, I'd bet he'll be fine too.

WAS pass defense is good, but I'd predict they'll be focused on stopping TO and Witten leaving Roy open for a big game. Don't like Berrian against the cover 2 which limits the deep ball, and Curtis jsut hasn't shown me enough to warrant starting over any of those choices.
