Jarrett Jack a solid fantasy PG. Though, his scoring will get cut when Eric Gordon returns.
Baron could possibly start when he returns from injury. He may be eased in minutes at first, but there is a chance he could get major minutes.
What you will be giving away:
Dorell has been terrible for pretty much the entire season. He is sharing time with Klay Thompson and Brandon Rush right now. He will continue to split time until be gets hot, but I don't know when that may be. He might stay like this for the entire season. I'm a Warriors fan btw.
Gortat did start out terrible and he has been on a roll since.
Rondo is, obviously, a good fantasy PG. He started out really hot, but has cooled since. He doesn't give you threes and has bad FT%. He does give steals, assists, and a solid FG% of course.
Conclusion:
This trade is based of what you need. Al Jeff and Gortat will easily. cancel each other out Al Jeff may give you a little more value.
You can easily split with Dorell so no worries.
I would give away Rondo for Davis and Jack if you have another PG that gives you assists like Nash, Paul, Rose, or D-Williams. Or if you even have others that have solid assist contributions.

I did it. In a ten team league, I was 10 out of 10 mid-season, I barely made the playoffs as the #8 seed. In the playoffs, I upset the heavily favored top seed by the ERA tiebreak, then I upset the #4 seed fairly convincingly 11-6, and I squeaked another upset over the #3 seed in the championships 12-11. Mid-season, I made a number of changes to my team and they all seemed to pay off.
