Hey guess who had yahoo autodraft them Marcel Hossa in the second round.........THIS GUY! effing yahoo. I didn't even want yahoo to autodraft I just forgot what time my draft time was. Oh well, considering my second round pick was a complete waste my team isn't that bad.

I usually take D-men towards the latter rounds because for the most part they aren't going to give you the same stats as forwards and since all the stats go together no matter what position your getting them from, (not including goalies) why take a top d-men over an above average forward with better stats? For instance the top ranked D according to yahoo is Mike Green. He had 73 points last year and is ranked 8th overall but there are 29 other forwards who scored more points than him last year. I know points aren't the whole story but for the most part forwards are going to score you more fantasy points so why use a high pick to take a D when you could get a better forward? If someone has a good argument for taking a D with a high pick I would like to hear it.
