  Go to the players tab and click position eligibilty then search for his name.He needs to start 2 more games at first to gain the eligiblilty in my league. Or he can play at first 3 more games (doesn't need to start) to gain 1b eligibility

  I am in 2nd place but the 1st place team has already used 39 out of 40 moves. (and he is the commish who set the moves limit)
