Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
Your pitching staff is hurting currently. I think you need to keep Harvey and hope he turns it around. In H2H hope kluber and harvey have decent starts early and then be very deliberate on choosing the rest of your pitchers to start. Not a huge fan of verlander or waino but maybe they can turn it around.
Does this answer change with the recent events of Realmuto being moved to top spot in the order? I have Ramos and hes been hitting well all year. Hard to drop him currently.
I'll preface this with I value hitting over pitching as it is a 9 hitting 9 pitching cat league (CG SO as a cat for pit)
Traded: Ortiz, JD Martinez and Maeda
Recieved: McCutch, Votto
My guys are currerntly doing better but I think I got the best player in the deal
Nothing you can do. Just try to beat them lol If both parties agree and there is not veto just hope he has some bad luck down the road for making the unfair deal
Thanks man. Yah we have 9x9 cats with CG SO as categories for pitching so I usually go heavy batting and find pitchers as the year goes on. Its actually been pretty decent besides last week. Who do you guys like better at catcher; Ramos or Realmulto??
10 Team league H2H. Limited bench spots (3) so the waiver wire has a ton of talent. Suggestions on this team to improve.
Util: JD Martinez
SP: Maeda, Matz, Gio Gonzalez, Joe Ross, Gaussman
RP: Jansen, Kimbrel, Madson, Gomez
DL: McCullers, Igleasias
I’m debating dropping Mazara for V Mart, Castellanos, or Herrera. Or adding a SP like Porcello, Nicasio or Santiago. Any advice would be appreciated!
First off. This must be a 4 team league to have harper, donaldson and trout. Secondly I don't see the benefit. King Felix is not much different than Price. But the drop in Hanley to Bautista is significant.
No I'm not really mad. I mean end of the day it's fantasy baseball. There's other things in my life...like actually having one.
But it would be nice to see you nut up or shut up.
Then do it. Prove how amazing you truly are to everyone. Stop hiding behind the message board and your public handout leagues. I'll set it up and I'm sure a we will have a list of people ready to sign up to put your arrogant, self promoting #$%$ in it's place.

It's not about proving anything. I just think it would be interesting to have people with some very different ideas on player value and such in a league together where you know everyone will be active. I'm not saying that you come tenth you aren't a good manager and wouldn't respect the opinions you make. But when someone is constantly bragging about how amazing they are it would be nice to see them up against a tougher level of competition and see if they truly are as top tier as their think they are.

You are telling me if you joined a league with some of the people here that you get into some lively debates with, that you would be able to exploit their tendencies. Give me a break man. Lets do it. A one time league with ten people who would like to sign up. It might be a nice change from playing in public leagues where interest is lost faster than me reading your novel about.

I would love for #$%$ Strong to join a league with the message board community regulars.
This would be a really interesting league to be apart of. #$%$ Strong what do you think??

You are right. I am very worried about my avg and ks. Trying to work a few deals to replace bryant and sano for potentially betts and gomez to boost avg and help me in steals. Too much power not enough balance
