I am always of the mindset that 2-for-1 or 3-for-2 trades always are better for the person getting the quality over the quantity. If you can 2-for-1 somebody...I'd do it almost always.

I think you got the best player in the deal and thats a win for me.

  • In a weekly-roster changes (so you can't platoon), deeper, re-draft league with R/H/HR/RBI/SB/AVG/OBP/TB as offensive categories, who wins that trade?

I currently own Abreu and am in 2nd place with this roster. Any help is great, thanks!

    C - Santana
    1B - Abreu
    2B - Altuve
    3B - J. Turner
    SS - Y. Escobar
    CI - Adrian Gonzalez
    MI - Kipnis
    OF - Pollock
    OF - M. Holliday
    OF - Reddick
    OF - DeShields
    Util - Dan Murphy
    BN - Derek Norris
    DL - Span

And if pitching matters to you in this:

    SP - Kluber
    SP - Hamels
    SP - Syndegaard
    SP - McHugh
    RP - Jansen
    P - CJ Wilson
    P - Jimenez
    BN - I. Kennedy
    BN - Estrada
    BN - A. Nola
    BN - Strasburg
    DL - Matz
