Every manager has 15 keeper years to use on their players from the past season. Since this is the 3rd year of the league, a lot of years have already been designated for past keepers.
Open Spot A is already using 10 years on 3 players so they have 5 years to use on any other players they want to keep.
Open Spot B is already using 8 years on 7 players so they have 7 years to use on any other players they want to keep.
There is a ton of strategy involved in this system. If you have a good team and you want to keep it intact, you may use fewer years over more players. Or maybe you want to rebuild so you only keep a couple core players for the long term.
The number you keep also determines where you pick in the draft. One manager last year only kept 4 players so he got to pick first in the redraft even though his slot was #7 in the order.
This is a 3rd year, 10 team, head to head, keeper league. All managers have 15 years to distribute among their players from last year. We currently have two openings:
Open Spot A (#1 pick in redraft)

Open Spot B (#5 pick in redraft)
