Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
We need an immediate replacement manager for a contract based fantasy league. The draft is on Friday 8/26 and this team has the #7 pick. All you need to do is pick your keepers and decide how long you want to keep them.
Contract League Football (10 teams, H2H):
Every manager has a cap of 15 contract years to distribute among their keepers. Keeper players can receive a maximum of 2 contracts; then they become automatic free agents.
The Team (Potential Keepers):
QB - Andy Dalton
RB - Dion Lewis
WR - T.Y. Hilton (1 year left, 2nd contract)
WR - Alshon Jeffrey (2 years left, 1st contract)
WR - Randall Cobb (0 years left, 1st contract)
WR - Tyler Lockette
TE - Rob Gronkowski (1 year left, 2nd contract)
DEF - Seattle (1 year left, 2nd contract)

I am launching the inaugural Bad Ideas League. Let’s face it, fantasy football is a crapshoot and anyone can win a league just by getting lucky during the draft. Or can they? In this league, we draft early and then spend the entire summer hoping our top players don’t tear their ACLs in camp. Here are the rules:
- The draft is held within 2 weeks of the league launch. In future seasons, the league will launch as soon as fantasy football opens. This means future drafts will be in mid-May.
- No adds or drops are allowed until Week 1 ends. Basically, you only get to use the players you drafted up until this point.
- Trades are allowed during the add/drop lockout
This league is open to suggestions. If you have a bad idea you want to submit, then let it be known. Rules cannot be changed once the draft occurs.
