Here's my advice, right now in my 3 leagues I am ranked 2nd, 2nd and 3rd (would be ranked first instead of 2nd but i didnt find out addai was definetly out last week until too late, had Kenton Keith on my benches.) This is how i run my teams and i think i have had success
You're fairly deep at QB and TE. Weak at RB and WR (comparitively.)
QBs: Keep Palmer, since his bye has gone by already you only need to keep one of the others. Pick one and place the other 2 in a notepad under a list entitled 'move'
RBs: Keep Marshawn Lynch. Put Sammy morris and Dunn in the move list. Dunns value is junk right now but put him there anyway.
Wrs: Keep Steve Smith, everyone else in the move pile.
TEs: Keep either Witten or Gates, the one you dont want and gonzalez go in the move list.
Now find other teams in your league that need TEs. Offer them Gonzalez or the other in your move list. If youre going after a RB then offer morris or dunn as well, if they also need a qb then toss in one of yours and ask for a good receiver. I recently moved Patrick Crayton, Reggie Wayne, and Tony Gonzalez for Braylon Edwards and Chad Johnson (i still have Benjamin Watson) I got better at WR, he didnt give up too much there and got a major improvement at TE.
Look at overall improvement. Their QB has 14 points, TE has 12, WR has 32 you offer QB who has 28 points, TE with 18, WR with 18. He is a total plus 20 overall, you're a minus 20 but you gave up 3 bench players for a top starter. I made up the numbers for the example but im sure you get it.

2nd: When asking for help, those of us who get some of our fantasy jollies by helping rookies like yourself need to know a few things before giving advice. How many teams are in your league? Is it rotisserie or head to head? Some of us like to know the top available free agents in your league, I'm one of them.
3rd: I think it's a decent team. Towles and Jackson are underrated. I personally don't like Tejada, Rios, Andruw Jones and Paul Lo Duca. I'm also guessing that you're a Blue Jays fan because of the number of them on your team. Youve got Rios and Halladay, who are two of the four ownable Blue Jays.
4th: This is worth repeating. Don't panic about early losses. Just because Miguel Cabrera is hitting .105 right now doesnt mean that dropping him for Gabe Kapler is a great idea, and most moves made based on the first weeks results are follish in the long run. I've seen posts where people have dropped Ryan Zimmerman and BJ Upton. Keep calm and give your team some time to find itself.

I know giambi has missed 2 in a row. Hernandez sat most of sundays orioles game and went 0 for 4 yesterday. I'm leaning towards Cust because my teams power numbers are low thus far but i need to think long run. Opinions?
