  This is a common strategy for the day you go over the cap.
  It is not a hard stop, you get credit for all pitchers on the day you go over. I planned my go over day on King Felix's last start.
  I started 7 and ended up with 40+ K's, and 4 wins, and the pitched well enough not to effect era and whip. If he is set up to do it on Saturday, do it on Sunday. Bench pitchers until then and hit the waiver wire early on Saturday.
