I don't like D-Will at all for PG and I dont think Al Jefferson will help him rack assists like Boozer soo I would say no but if you have a PG that can Assists than do it because Hibbert looks like a good player....Lebron and D-wade points and assists might be going down and up in some games soo u dont have a consistent knowing of what you might get from LBJ

Whose trading who?
I want take the Sandoval & Mauer trade if you lack AVG &OPS on your team.
But
If you lacking HRs and RBIs I would take the Bautista & Werth deal
So if really depends on your team's weaknesses -

Here are ESPN Projections of both players: Ike Davis- http://games.espn.go.com/flb/tools/...
Here are ESPN Projections of both players:
Ike Davis- http://games.espn.go.com/flb/tools/projections?&display=alt&avail=-1&search=Davis
2012 Outlook: It's a shame Davis' 2011 ended the way it did. At 24 years old, he was hitting .302/.383/.543 through his first 36 games, his seven home runs and 25 RBIs through May 10 ranking eighth and fifth, respectively, in the National League. But May 10, unfortunately, was the day he injured his ankle in a collision with teammate David Wright, ending what seemed like a possible breakout season. Now Davis enters 2012 facing injury questions; though he avoided microfracture surgery, his constant setbacks during rehabilitation last season were a concern. He'll need to be monitored throughout the spring, but a healthy exhibition campaign could send him shooting up draft boards. After all, he's now 25, could quickly emerge as the Mets' cleanup hitter and he plays first base, which is a surprisingly shallow position in NL-only leagues. Don't forget this high-reward, albeit moderate-risk, youngster.
Here is Goldschmidt: http://games.espn.go.com/flb/tools/projections?&display=alt&avail=-1&search=Gold
2012 Outlook: Light-tower power is an appropriate descriptive phrase for Goldschmidt's home run ability; his 419-foot average on home runs last season ranked fifth among players with at least 150 plate appearances, and three of his eight home runs were judged "no doubters" by Hittrackeronline.com. But while Goldschmidt might be one of the cheapest 30-plus-homer candidates you could land late in your draft, he is not without flaws. He'll be an annual contender for the strikeout crown and, as was a criticism of him in the minors, he struggles with off-speed stuff; he managed .147/.224/.294 rates against them and missed on 40.5 percent of his swings during his brief big league stint. If you draft him, be prepared for a low batting average and some prolonged slumps as he adjusts.
According to these projections, Ike Davis is looking like the better player. -
