Being a commish is a thankless job. I agree that what was going on sounds real shady. A good league has to have feed back from the other players not a dictatorship. If someone does not want to set their starting line so be it.Its their money to lose. I had a guy for two years in the middle to late in the season would not set his line up. We took a league vote and booted him. You still need the tools if someone in the league calls you in an emergency i.e. hospital, vaca and what not. It is not a commish's job to call the team owner about his roster.
