  Its an NFL team league. You basically adopt an NFL team in real life and play with that roster. In this situation... its the Cardinals or Jets. Basically you have to have 16 players on your roster at all times from that NFL team you picked. While 8 players can be from any other 31 NFL teams.
  
  Defensive players are also playing in this league which is why the roster is expanded.
