More and more are using LEAGUESAFE-- thei guide lines are open invitations for fraud...ie funds mya be sent to the Commish to be forwarded to winners but they admit not responsible in case they donot..Also, the league votes whether or not pay. One dissenting vote kills it...wheere does the money go if they dont pay?...too many loopholes in LeagueSafe....but, if Commish will not sen d out payments,PayPal cannot force them unless possible charges are brought....EITHER WAY..need a good Commish.
