I have the 3rd pick in the rookie draft. I'm assuming Parker and Wiggins will go 1/2. Who should I take 3rd?
Elfrid Payton (Orl - PG)
Joel Embiid (Phi - C)
I'm kind of torn. Payton will obviously help more now, and I'm always looking to win now. But Embiid has the higher upside. Though I've dealt with guys out all year before (Gallinari, Lopez, Rose) so having my final BN slot not in use isn't a huge deal.
I already have Rose, Irving, Conley, Holiday, and Lawson so I definitely don't need another PG. If I did get Payton I'd trade one of my PGs for Beal +.
My bigs are a little questionable. I have Favors, Lopez, Horford, Milsap, Hibbert, and Henson as my C eligible guys.
12 team, PPR league
This league has 2 flex spots, in addition to the 2 RB slots, so depth is key... I think I'm a bit down on Charles and a tad high on Vereen.
Good deal? PT is my other RB.

I added Span a month or two ago to cover for an injured player. He's still on my roster and performing at a top 50 level. What do I do with him? Obviously going to ride him out this year, but has he earned a spot on my roster next year too?
My DL consists of Tulo, Cliff Lee, and Darvish. My "droppables" are Hardy, Hosmer, Wade Davis, Collin McHugh. I'll obviously drop Hardy. But should I keep Span over either of the other 3?
Hosmer, Davis, McHugh?
What are other doing with him? Thanks...

that is quite possibly the dumbest thing I've ever read. not sure if you're actually this stupid or just trolling?
"or you think that most of these guys are going to still be available LONG after they will actually be drafted."
Just want to be clear here... But how does "I understand the likelihood of getting Wiggins/Parker with my #2 waiver is about a 0.0000001% chance" and "Again, some crazy scenario that any one of these guys makes it back around to me" mean that I think these guys will be available. I think you're way overthinking this.
If Beal was dropped, and you had the 12th waiver, you'd put it in, right? You're not going to disregard putting a waiver in because you know he won't make it to you. Right? Same concept. Simple. Don't overthink it.
You're not getting it. It's ok. Much like having the #10 pick in the draft, I'm still going to put Durant first on my board, no matter if I'll get him or not. Like I said, I'm not getting Wiggins on my 2nd waiver attempt. But why do you guys think I shouldn't try? You make no sense.
I think Saric has the upside, but will he even be in Yahoo's pool? If so, I'd take him first. I like LaVine second. Not sure what impact the other guys will have?
I have the #3 waiver, so I don't see how I can't get one of Wiggins, Parker, or Payton? Seems like basic math, right?
I understand the likelihood of getting Wiggins/Parker with my #2 waiver is about a 0.0000001% chance, but I'd be stupid to not put a waiver in. Would I not?
Miller is the starter, from what I understand? Miller has the upside too, but has yet to show anything in the NFL. Moreno's ceiling is very low. I'd say Miller is the guy to own until I see differently.
Definitely. 20-40 yards rushing, 30-50 yards receiving each week. Through in a TD every now and again, and you have a decent chance of avoiding dud weeks.
I actually like PT here. Vs Atl is always a tough game, and I think they'll need to lean on PT. Williams is way to inconsistent. I'd need a few weeks to know how much volume he'll see before I start him.
He's behind Ingram in terms of carries. But he will see the most amount of playing time, I'd say easily. He's no spring chicken anymore, think he's 29 or 30? But he's been severely underused his whole career so he should be good. I'd say he gets around 1200 total yards with about 5-8 TDs. Also anywhere from 70-90 receptions.
I owned Bell last year and I loved it. He rarely provided "dud" games. Granted, it was PPR. I'm not sure how he was in standard... But I wouldn't worry. Blount won't play on passing downs. Plus, I think this arrest will really hurt Bloute's credibility. Maybe not? I'm not worrying. In fact, I'd consider Bell a buy low. His ranking is 34. I still like him as much as Ellington, Bernard, and Murray who are in the top 15-20.

Trying to buy low after Thursday's game.
Rodgers would become my QB1, pushing Cam to the BN. Lacy would be my RB2 behind McCoy. I'd use the extra roster slot to add a DEF (don't have one rostered currently).
