Oh so simple minded. Of the guys you listed, 1 (Tulo) was drafted in the first two rounds. And I didn't add them as FAs. I did add guys like Chris Davis, Adam Jones, Sean Doolitle, and Max Scherzer. Turned them into the pieces you see... Oh, and we have prospect drafts each year too. But you're not going to understand any of this.
My philosophy... don't overthink it. 50% of fantasy football is based on what your opponent does. The majority of your end of year roster will consist of FA adds and trades. I'd say probably 25% of your draft will factor into your year. Considering that... why bother putting so much effort into something that is so meaningless?
It seems like everyone is down on Crabtree, especially on the ESPN forums. I don't get it? Last year he was coming off of a ACL tear. He wasn't 100% until the final month. The year before he was the #15 WR in PPR. That was with only a partial season of Kaepernick.
'12 - 85 receptions, 1100 yards, 9 TDs
He's going as the 18th WR overall, in the 5th round. Considering an 85/1100/9 line is what you're getting from Allen and Fitzgerald, who are going 11th and 13th overall in the 3rd round... I'd say Crabtree is a great pick.
My fearless forecast -
85 receptions, 1275 yards, 11 TDs, 278.5 PPR points, # 11 WR
I kind of fell into a lot of this with good FA adds and a ton of trades. I've definitely made more "team killing" trades than any other. My team could be better!! Haha.
Nothing broken about it bro. Been running smooth for 5 years... 4 different winners so far. I'm looking to be the first 2 time winner.
Looking to add Giles before Papelbon gets dealt. Any ideas?
Obviously I could drop Romo. But I think he'll get the closer gig back... Maybe a 2 for 1 to free up space?
Based on performance, the QB4 is Cam. Not even debatable. Guy has been, on avg, the QB2.5 in his 3 years. Luck has a pretty good chance at being 4. But Hamilton isn't helping him any. They are too committed to the run.
I can go after a prospect, like Russell or Coriea. Problem is, I don't really have any trade pieces left... Maybe I'll look to deal a pick in next years draft, plus a MLBer for one of them?
SS is something that I need to backup though. I do agree.
These trades make no sense?? At what point does it make sense to deal 2 closers for 1? 18 SVs is not better than 30 SVs, last I checked...
10 team, H-H Dynasty (5th year)
I won the league last year. Looking to keep the ball rolling.... I had a fantastic prospect draft this year. However, I'm moved all of them for upgraded major leaguers. Should I make any more moves or just sit tight and spend the next few seasons rebuilding my prospect team?

I have Dennis Pitta as my TE2, Graham is my TE1. Looking to get some youth and upside.
Pitta for Ertz or Reed?
Are those legit 1 for 1 deals or do I need to sweeten it on either side?
