  As commish you can 1) lock everyone out, 2) then you can add/drop the players in question ...

  As commish you can 1) lock everyone out, 2) then you can add/drop the players in question (you also have the ability to bypass the waiver time), 3) then you unlock all ... it should be pretty simple and take a matter of minute.
  
  Without changing anything in my league step one comes from commish tool, lock teams ... step two comes from edit rosters found in commish tools and edit player waiver dates (also found in commish tools) ... step three comes from lock teams, you guessed it, found in commish tools ...
