I would not do this. Votto is one of the few 1B that will get you some steals and you are not going to match his RBI/HR/R output with Konerko. You could probably buy a little lower on Crawford.

I don't know that I'd make either of those, but CERTAINLY not the 2nd. The thing that's nice with the first is you're getting Hanley, which will upgrade most people's SS. Move to keep Hosmer though. Also, Nathan isn't really attractive since Capp is (currently) closing games. Avila is a borderline pick up. I'd rather move to take advantage of Hanley's slow start and do Carbrera for Hanley + another mid-low level piece.
