Honestly you're right, you do have a problem. You don't have a single player on your bench with any trade value (except Romo if you can find a team that is really needy at QB). Is that Steve Smith in Carolina? He may have some value to certain guys? OK here's what you do in my opinion........You attempt to trade Romo, Fred Jackson and Roddy White for a strong RB and WR. That may be the best chance you have at improving your WR and RB's in one trade. I think that White should lose some value really soon once Julio Jones is unleashed on the rest of the league. Hope this helps.

If someone will give you Big Ben for Holmes then jump on it before they come to their senses and cancel the trade. They must either have way too many QBs or you must have way too many WRs.

You did good, that is a pretty good roster. If I were you though, I'd try and make either a 2 or 3 for 1 trade to improve your RB's. How about Forte, Bryant and Kolb for a good RB like Ryan Mathews or MJD possibly? That's what I'd be doing. Hope this helps.

Don't do it!! Ryan is gonna be great this year with white and jones. And Jennings is a lot better than Colston (who is coming off his 2nd microfracture knee surgery). Also Rodgers got like 3 or 4 concussions last year, he could be one or two more concussions away from retirement.

Either Johnson or Harvin.......Rice has no QB. I don't ever draft or trade for any Bills players (EVER) lol so it would have to be Harvin for me.

I don't agree with the other posts on here!! I say you draft either Ingram or D. Thomas.....not Ingram for sure. Ingram currently has some pain and swelling in his surgically repaired knee, while Thomas is in great shape and looks to be the featured back in Miami. He's gonna split carries with Bush for sure and lose a lot of rec's to him as well, but bush has never been a featured back and I think he is too small/brittle to be that for the Dolphins who love hard-nosed RB's like Brown and Williams. The tough part of the equation is deciding if you'd rather have a great young RB on a high-powered offense who's gonna share alot of the offense or if you'd rather a great young RB on a pretty crappy offense, but who will be the featured back........this year or next. Hope my essay helps you in some way lol.

If you mean the pros and cons of who you should start in those two roster spots, then this is my feeling. I will always start a 3rd running back in the W/R spot and unless you have two stud TE'S (two of either Gates, Clark, Witten, Davis or Finley) I will always start a 4th WR in the W/T spot. I think that starting a 3rd RB and a 4th WR is the best way to maximize your potential points for the week. It totally depends on your roster though, in my keeper league I have RB's R. Rice, D. McFadden and R. Mathews, so it makes sense for me to start 3 Rb's weekly. Hope this helps you out.

I would say you have to accept that trade if your league values welker as high as ray rice!! Benson is going to be the bell cow in Cincy and with a rookie qb he's likely to see alot of work. So the realistic difference between Bensons pt total and Rices should be approx. 50-75 pts. Then you get all of Welker's pts and a 1st rounder next year. That sounds almost too good to be true.
