Commissioner Corner Message Board
I like the IDP guys to add to the team, and get rewarded for big plays so my scoring looks like this;
1.5pt /for loss
1.5pts /Sack (Yahoo adds a tackle for a loss to most sacks or this would be higher).
1pt /Pass D
1pts /Force Fum
3pts /Fum Rec
4pts /Block Kick
1pt /10 return yds
This setup lets 5 or 6 IDP add good points to a team, but not enough to unbalance a standard offensive setup. The highest scorers can hit the 20s, but high teens are more common.

Sounds like you're getting scammed... unless this guy or the commish can show you a statement / bug report from Yahoo admitting that they weren't taking votes, then don't believe them, they're cheating.

No good commish will overturn the trade and I doubt the other owner will be willing to trade back, but if you're lucky Murray won't be out long.

Didn't see the play you're talking about, but I think a sack is only scored when it's a tackle that ends the play, so If someone picked up the fumble and moved the ball then there's no sack for fantasy, just a forced fumble.

I would drop Bowe before Austin, Bowe is playing at his potential right now, Smith will just never give him consistent opportunities, but Austin could still catch on with that offense and start to produce.

Guys on that new IR designated to Return are still on IR, they still fit in that slot. Andre Brown is chillin in my IR slot right now, I'm looking forward to the fresh legs I'll have on my roster in week 10.

As commish you should only consider stopping obviously dishonest trades, RB1s for kickers or bench scrubs, one team giving up its stars to take anothers bench players, things like that. Slightly unbalanced looking trades like you're asking about, where all players are high end starters, let em through every time. Try to stop any cheating but let owners have the freedom to make stupid mistakes.
It wasn't a fumble recovery because it was 'recovered' from his own team, it wasn't a rush, and Julio didn't make a reception. Yahoo doesn't have a 'broken play yardage' stat yet.

Stat Tracker and league pages get 'off' from each other every week, just part of the 'Yahoo experience'
It wasn't a rush, it wasn't a reception, it wasn't a turnover... I don't think Yahoo has any stats to cover broken play yardage.
Good question about the TD if he had scored.
no points for that, the fumble wasn't 'recovered' from the other team so it wont count as a turnover, since it wasn't a turnover he wont get return yards either. Yahoo might do something creative during Stat Corrections to get him some credit, but short of that it was a 0 point play.
Steven is right, you only get credit for a fumble recovery if you 'recover' from the other team. Since it wasn't a turnover, he wont get credit for turnover return yards either. Maybe Yahoo will do something during the Stat Corrections this week, but right now those won't count as receiving, rushing or return yards.
