Starting up a brand new dynasty league for fans of both baseball and football. Need managers who are going to be both competitive and willing to stay from year to year.
    Here's the info:
    Season Type: Full
    Draft Type: Live Auction Draft
Draft Time: Sun Mar 21 6:00pm EDT [ Add to My Calendar ]
    Max Teams: 12
    Scoring Type: Rotisserie
    Player Universe: All baseball
New Players Become Available: As soon as Yahoo! adds them
    Max Moves: No maximum
    Max Trades: No maximum
    Trade Reject Time: 2
Trade End Date: August 15, 2010
    Waiver Time: 2 days
    Waiver Type: Continual rolling list
Can't Cut List Provider: Yahoo! Sports
    Trade Review: League Votes
Post Draft Players: Follow Waiver Rules
    Max Games Played: 162
    Max Innings Pitched: 1750
    Weekly Deadline: Daily - Today
Start Scoring on: Monday, Mar 29
Roster Positions: C, C, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, CI, MI, OF, OF, OF, OF, Util, Util, SP, SP, SP, SP, RP, RP, P, P, P, P, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN, DL, DL
Batters Stat Categories: Runs (R), Doubles (2B), Home Runs (HR), Runs Batted In (RBI), Stolen Bases (SB), Batting Average (AVG), On-base + Slugging Percentage (OPS)
Pitchers Stat Categories: Wins (W), Saves (SV), Strikeouts (K), Earned Run Average (ERA), (Walks + Hits)/ Innings Pitched (WHIP), Strikeouts per Nine Innings (K/9), Quality Starts (QS)

Due to anticipation of possible turnover of league managers until we can find the best fit we will be keeping players as follows:
    1st Year - Keep 4 players
    2nd Year - Keep 8 players
    3rd Year - Keep 16 players
    4th Year - Keep 24 players
5th Year - Keep All players

For the first few years in order to keep a player, his salary will cost the Previous Year's Purchase Price + 1/2 the difference of (Current Season's Yahoo! Value - Previous Year's Purchase Price)
Example A - You bought Player A for $30 last year and his value went up to $36 this year, you can keep Player A for $33 or send him back to the free agent pool.
Example B - You bought Player B for $25 last year and he had a down year which brought his value down to $15 this year, if you expect him to bounce back you can keep Player B for $20 or send him back to the free agent pool.
Once we get to Year 5, you will keep all players at their Current Year Value but must stay under the $300 salary cap. If you are over you must drop a player and pick up a lesser valued replacement to get under the cap.

Any trade that is made must also result in both teams staying under the cap to get approved.

Each team will get the chance to add rookies to their roster by auction bidding up to your salary cap. Better teams will have less money under the cap therefore will be at a disadvantage at bidding on the better rookies. This will promote better competition between teams.

If your interested in joining this league please send me an email at toprunner8@yahoo.com
IWould like to make it a money league, possibly $25-$50 if everyone is interested.

Football season will work in the same way, but we'll get to that in the fall.

Looking for a few very dedicated replacement managers in order to keep the competitiveness of a league. It's a pure Dynasty league where all players are kept from year to year. Extremely deep league with 16 teams and 30 man rosters including IDP's. FAAB waivers. 0.50 pt PPR.

Each Round of the following year's Rookie draft will be in reverse order of final standings.

Most of these teams as you'll notice by their records are still very much in contention and with a dedicated manager can still win the whole thing.

    Starting Rosters include:
QB, WR, WR, WR, RB, RB, TE, W/R/T, W/R/T, W/R/T, K, DEF, D, D, D, DB, DB, DL, DL, LB, LB
