Welker is due for a letdown with his contract situation and the addition of Lloyd. Wallace is allright, but not as much of a must have in a PPR league.

Gore is on the decline and heading into a backfield by committee, while Martin looks like he will be getting the lions share of carries in TB.

I think Gronk is the guy to go, since he is so much better than any other TE not named Graham, even if he is due for a down year, he should still be in the top 3 range. You can't say the same about Cruz, despite the Nicks situation. If anything, Eli has more weapons this year to throw the ball to and Cruz won't sneak up on anyone anymore. I think Cruz's drop-off will be larger than Gronk's.

I think it just means, we are setting a certain bid price on a player, so if any other league members really want to take that player from us, they need to be willing to pay more than the bid price we set.

I don't trust the other RBs...Gore is heading towards a backfield by committee and LaMichael James and/or Hunter probably will be the receiving back. SJax might be okay, but he is getting wear on his tires and Pead is ticketed for a 3rd down back role. Forte has Bush AND Marshall to contend with for carries/catches.

The players, I'm considering are: PHI Team QB (Michael Vick) ($23) NYG Team QB (Eli Manning) ($4) RB Arian Foster (RFA only - maybe $15) WR Hakeem Nicks ($10) WR Mike Wallace ($10) TE Jermichael Finley ($3)
Foster was my keeper the last 2 years on the cheap, so I can't use him as a keeper anymore. I could try to tag him as an RFA, but I'm pretty sure guys in my league will pay a him price for him.

I'm leaning towards Eli and Wallace for their relatively low price tags. Foster is tempting, but I've had him for 2 years, so other players in my league will be able to bid on him, if they are willing to pay the price tag.
