Why do you have so many SP's, dont you have a innings limit? I would start with getting a little depth in your bench for hitters. For me keeping a line-up full on the daily is very important I would drop or try to trade Lewis and just drop fister and pick up the best hitter available which in a 12 team you might still be able to get a Fowler or who knows but thats were you need help. Try trading gallarido or Felix for a real bat. You DONT need that many SP's thats hilarious.
