Who are your other PGs?
I would probably say yes to that deal, I think Rondo is a bit overrated. You're giving up consistent dimes for an increase in FG%, FT%, Blocks, Steals, Boards, points and improved threes, heck you might even be improving in TOs. That's improving in at least 7 cats for the price of dominating one and adding solid depth to your squad. If you have another PG that gets you dimes I would pull the trigger. -
CP3. Who else would you possibly take there?

Now that is an entirely different question than the one you initially proposed.
Lillard has clearly had the better start and there's maybe a chance you might be able to get Monroe for Lillard this week. Next week or in two weeks? Well I couldn't say, but I bet Monroe gets out of his slump sooner than later. Both are going to be great this year and in years to come. Personally I think your team can use the point guard more than another big. As it is now, 8 of your 15 players are front court players; I don't see a need to add another big and would hold onto Lillard. -

Ilyasova is one of the best buy low candidates out there right now IMO. I would put Lou Williams, Gerald Wallace, Ginobili and Kawhi on that list too.
I would put Dudley, Jeff Green and Lee on the "do not buy" list right now. If you're paying more than a scrub for those guys, you're paying too much. I just dropped Dudley in an 18 team H2H league and am feeling good about it. I had real low expectations and it looks like Beasley's high usage and Brown's coming out party are overshadowing Dudley's mediocre play and limiting his opportunities. -
Yes, use your waiver claim on him. This shouldn't even require a second thought.

Yes, I would take that offer without a doubt.
You're basically trading away a popular brand name for a player that does the same thing, but better and doesn't have a knee injury. Ryno is gonna hit more threes and probably get better boards. You might be giving up a point or two per game, that's if the knee problem doesn't persist for Dirk. Pull the trigger on that deal and then pat yourself on the back for getting rid of Dirk in what could be an injury plagued year. -

Not sure why this is surprising to people. Nash has a BROKEN LEG, did you really think he would recover from that in a week?

Neal for sure. Rivers is this year's Jimmer, but with a few more minutes to burn.

Anyone healthy you can add? Bradley won't be back til mid January, has a lot of competition at the off guard spot and isn't all that great anyways.
