The rules for the league will be the same as in the other post. The only new changes will be the following:
Players can be kept at drafted cost fror thier draft year and the next year. Then after that 5 dollars will be added to the players contract starting from that year.
260 will be awarded for each draft. You must come into the draft the following year able to fill out your team under the 260 mark.
This whole bidding on Free Agents thing is getting kind of complicated so were getting rid of that and simply doing a waiver priority free agent list. The owner of the subsequent free agent pick up will have topper rights to the player next year and the player becomes free game.
Traded players will transfer there contract to whoevers team they go to. For example a second year player traded to another team will have to add 5 dollars to their salary if the owner chooses to keep the player, and when a first year player is traded the owner gets one more year at his drafted price as he normally would with one of his players
Finally we will conduct a rookie draft on proboards, and use a randomizer to come up with the draft order. We will have thread open for it and each team has 10 hours to make their pick. If you do not make your pick within 10 hours you will be skipped until you dcide to make your pick. Picks can be traded for picks, and thats it; not money or players ect.
Rookies will cost 5 dollars a year and you get him for three at dollars. After the three years the rookie goes into the draft.
That is all i got for now, and these are the rookie, trade, and keeper rules that we will be moving forward. If anyone has any objections or questions please say so now.
