Zero confirmation as to who will start for Blues yet.
Tough one Dozer as I think Jets will take series vs Ducks in 7 but I think you are good to go with Andy as a safe bet for game 1. Ducks will take tonight's game

All leagues i am in or run have used hit/ FW & blocks as well several use SHP's which all add the "D" element like you suggest.
Can't stand basketball but Pim's are part of the game as is "fouls" (or slapping) is to basketball,
As for pure ape/goons in hockey it look like it may be heading that way but you will never get rid of mates standing up for each other , no matter what they penalty, sport or league but PIM's come in many ways. Personally I go for a mean #$%$ SOB D man or two
I will keep it my leagues and like any manager, look and aim for a balanced roster

Wow,, good question but I like what Cats are doing in Florida. On top of that how long will Frolik be around.
Hayes all the way

They don't actually run one but it is possible to create one. I have been in one that we have 20 players max ( plus 3 IR/IR+) and use NHL cap and use spotrac for salaries.
Need a commish that can keep up with it and we have other managers that are keeping tabs as well. Great league, a blast for sure.
first year we did off-line draft so we could all manage our caps.

What you talking about Willis?
Craw and Hawks vs The Flower and Pens,,,,,,, Despite Flower having a tremendous bounce back year it is still Craw all the way with the team in front of him.

Whats stats are you in need of?
I would lean towards Del Zotto with filthy Flyers playing Saturday and Sunday.
Two other teams with back to back this week end, Leafs & Detroit

Below is Direct copy from Yahoo
If a Fantasy Basketball, Baseball, or Hockey playoff game ends in a tie, the deadlock is broken (and a winner is declared) based on:
Head-to-Head (best win-loss-tie percentage in regular season games between the teams)
Overall playoff seed (highest seed wins)
Head-to-Head (standard) League winning percentage
In leagues using standard Head-to-Head scoring (all Public and Pro Leagues), winning percentage is based on each team's stat category wins and losses, not overall matchup wins and losses.
For example, let's say that the 2 teams matched up against each other 3 times during the regular season.
Matchup Winner Final Score
1st Matchup Batum Shakalaka 9-3-1
2nd Matchup Hold the O.J. Mayo 6-4-3
3rd Matchup Batum Shakalaka 7-5-1
Batum Shakalaka won 20 total stat categories (9+4+7), Hold the O.J. Mayo won 14 total stat categories (3+6+5), and the teams tied 5 times (each worth 0.5 per team).
Since Batum Shakalaka won/tied a higher percentage (.577) of the stat categories in the matchups (20 wins + 2.5 for ties = 22.5 / 39 total), they'd win the tiebreaker.

Such a rare occurrence there is no need to add this stat for tenders, hence not an option. It would be like having an extra stat for anyone scoring a "Gordie Howe hatrick",,, it happens but
Of course the 2 assists would be nice for your totals and every other that has him but not happening

NHL has Buffalo scoring one SHG during game lastnight, not two.
Gionta netting it at 18:11 of 3rd,,,, no more less, your info is wrong,,, until now

Not skating , so don'y count on him
unless dynasty or keeper league and you are in playoffs make a move and place him on IR+ or replace him
No mercy in playoffs, don't hesitate one goal or 2 PIM's could make a difference
