Who to Start Message Board
So shorts is officially out...I picked up the #2 guy there, Ace Sanders, who got a lot of looks last week even with shorts there. Or i can pick up Darick Rogers, who had a great week last week, and could get a lot of playing time, especially since, the 3rd wr Brazill is out. Also would you play any of those guys over James Jones?
Already in a hole from that thursday game, need some points. Which D do you think? Philly has a good matchup against a minny team with no AP, and the Pats play Miami.
IN the 2nd round of my playoffs and my RB situation is a bit of a mess. We start 2 RB's only, non ppr.
My options are: Reggie Bush, Knowshon Moreno, Joique Bell, Montee Ball, and Danny Woodhead.
Throughout this season the choices have been pretty straight forward, Start Bush and Moreno, unless one is injured or on a bye. But now it's not so easy. Bush is dinged up, and giving up a lot of looks to Bell. Moreno is also starting to have a more even workload split with Ball. I figure that i should be starting Moreno tonight, but i also considered giving Woodhead a look, in what could be a shootout in Denver. Bush and Bell play monday, so i could always wait on then to see if Bush is 100%. Any thoughts?
So I'm in the second round of my leagues playoffs, looking to make a push towards the finals. My league starts 3 wr's, non ppr.
My options are Demaryius Thomas, Cecil Shorts, James Jones, Danny Amendola and Ruben Randle.
I'm definitely starting Thomas. The rest i'm not so sure about. My initial line-up has Cecil and Jones as the 2 and 3. Cecil definitely gets the targets, but Henne sucks, although there's still opportunity. James has been up and down in the absence of Rodgers, but the match-up is good. Amendola is also inconsistent, but no Gronk. I might drop Randle in favor of someone like Rod Streater and Rodgers from Indy. What are your thoughts?
Need to start one of these WR's.... Cecil Shorts, Amendola, R. Randle. Non-ppr
I start 3 in my league, but i had James Jones start, and he got me 8. My other receiver is Demaryius Thomas, so he's already locked in.

Need 1 of these wr's, non ppr.
Cecil Shorts, Amendola, Randle .
it seems K. Moreno is playing today...should i roll with him, or do you think he'll be limited. Woodhead and Ball are on my bench.
Playoffs are around the corner and i'm 6-5, fighting to stay in the hunt. That being said, i need the max output out of my WR's this week. League starts 3 wr's, non-ppr.
So my options are: Demaryius Thomas, Danny Amendola, Cecil Shorts, Reuben Randle, James Jones.
Obviously Thomas is locked in as my WR1. But for the other 2, not so sure. Amendola finally seems healthyish again, and is getting some looks from Brady, and the matchup with the Broncos could possibly be a shoot-out. Cecil made a stink this week about not getting a big workload, and Henne even came out this week to say that he will be looking to get shorts more involved. Randle is the least targeted of the group, but he finds the end-zone the most. Jones unfortunately has a back-up qb throwing to him, but he's playing the Vikes, and they give up the most yards to WR's. So basically I see some upside in each WR, but I definitely need my optimal 3 this week.

Kendall Wright has been a target monster lately...his only problem is that he rarely sees the end zone...but is till go with Kendall over Allen...I think the KC defense comes out trying to make a point after losing to denver last week.
So my league starts 3wr's, non ppr.
My options are:
Demaryius Thomas, Danny Amendola, Cecil Shorts, James Jones, and Reuben Randle.
I'll definitely be starting Thomas. I was kinda leaning towards sitting Jones, at least until Rodgers returns from injury. Shorts has a tough matchup but should be targeted. Randle is 3rd/4th option on his team, but is the REd zone target there. And while i would normally be wary of Amendola, he seems healthy and coming off a big game.

when it comes to Tight ends, the pickings are slim. I'n my league, the only other team with a TE to spare, is a Gronk owner who also has Martellus Bennett. Other then that, all the other quality TE's are on teams who would want more in return.

yeah, i know ball doesnt have much value now...but i'm basically playoff bound, so i want him as a safety net, should something happen to moreno. My leagues trade deadline is coming up, so i'm looking to deal what i can. Spiller has been too inconsistent to rely on, plus jackson get's more carries, and goal line work. This league is made up of buddies of mine, so i've personally talked to the other owner and he's willing to take carlson. Also the other guy probably wont make playoffs, so i most likely wont have to face Spiller down the line.
So to start, let me fill you in on my situation. I'm in a 12 team non-ppr, standard scoring league. 1qb 2rb 3wr 1 te setup.
My team is:
Reggie Bush, Knowshon Moreno, Woodhead, Spiller, Joique Bell
Demaryius Thomas, Cecil Shorts, Amendola, James Jones, Reuben Randle
Tim Wright, John Carlson
NE def, kicker
So obviously My biggest weakness is TE. The trade in place is Spiller and Carlson/wright, for his Jordan Cameron and Montee Ball. I figure this would improve my TE situation, and give me a handcuff for Moreno, especially since im pretty dead set on riding Moreno/Bush the rest of the way. What do you think?
Also, do you think i should try and combo woodhead and one of my backend receivers for a slight WR upgrade?

chris i keep trying to explain this to people too, who don't understand the situation, lol. I don't think people actually understand exactly what a safety is.

it depends how your scoring is i guess. I only lose points if the fumble is lost, meaning the other team successfully recovers it, in play. Go look at any box score, yahoos or espn, it will show that manning fumbled, but didnt lose the fumble. Thats because a safety doesnt count as a lost fumble because the other team didn't recover, otherwise it would've been a touchdown. The stat tracker wont be changing, i can promise you that.
