Profar. It will always be easier to find solid production at 1st base than any other position on the field. Rizzo has not show all-world potential.

I don't know how you feel about PED users but Everth Cabrera is about 50 spots too low. He had 37 steals in less than 100 games last season. You will be shocked how close his stats were to Reyes.
I would go with Carp and Kipnis and be prepared to jump on Cabrera in round 6-7.

You forgot to mention if this is a snake draft or not. If it is a Snake you can simply take Beltre with your 2nd pick. At worst case scenerio you pick 24th and there are 36 players off the board.
McCutchen would be a no brainer for me. I would keep Elsbury as well.

Earlier you mention Special Scoring but there are no details (holds and K/9). Since we can not assume a normal scoring system, no way I can offer a suggestion on a particular player.
Since you are certain to pick a pitcher (what are you going to do if Darvish is gone), based your decision for the top 2 rounds, based on guys you think are going to be left at your next turn you. A lot of pitching is going to be on the board.
In a standard league I would consider 1st and 3rd base at the turn. Pair together Fielder and Edwin ENCARNACION (HR and RBI) or Wright and Votto (BA and Runs). There with be multiple Aces left at 36 and 37.

H2H, I would go with your list. The Infield speed of Segura is important and will not be easy to replace. The dangerous part of your list is you have 3 guys from the Brewers.

Remember this is a keeper league. You are not focus on April. Machado performance so far in his first two years has the look of an all-star for years to come. Putting him back in the player pool is too risky. Stanton plays for the Marlins, his numbers has peaked until he is moved.

If this is a keeper league and you are keeping 6 players. I would pass on both Miggy and Goldy. I would be taking Bryce Harper. Hoping when 23 comes around I can get Machado (it would be considered way to early for him so you might want to wait a couple rounds). It is easy to find production at first base (this is the last year of miggy's 3rd eligibility). I would be focusing on position players that have ten year all-star potential.

Gray, Wacha, and Cabrera would be my keepers. There is simply too much value in those guys in the 17th, 22nd, and 23rd. Each one of them have H2H values 10 to 15 rounds higher than that draft position.

It is a big risk either way: Kemp is still injured again, while Hamilton is unproven beyond a 30-day trial period. Another point to keep in mind is we have no clue how aggressive the Reds are going to be with their new manager that has no track record. If you are looking for steals it would probably be cheaper to look in the infield. Grab a guy like Adam Eaton of the WhiteSox as an extra outfielder.

I love Iwakuma performance over the last 2 years. I would have to pass on trading for him. In a Keeper league, I would lean towards keeping Gray. Gray is on a competitive team and he is in a pitcher's park. Look at the team's history even when the A's was awful under Beane's watch their pitching has always produced solid numbers. The mets are still years from competing and Syndagarrd is still going to be in the minor leagues most of the year. Most people are willing to throw prospect in smaller trades during the season. There is no benefit to you trading Gray now.

I would rather have Iwakuma and Puig. Iwakuma can put up Cliff Lee type numbers. H2H or Roto, you are not going to get much better than that. He is a borderline top 20 pitcher roto and he is 3 out of 4 for H2H (whip, K's, and era).
