The draft isn't for a while, and the exact date & time is chosen by my managers. I let them decide when is best, based on work/family schedules, etc. I also allow pre-season trades so the league will be busy the minute it fills. I will email you with more details right now.

It's a fair deal, I wouldn't veto it. But...I certainly think there is one side that gets the better end of this deal. It's fair, though...to answer your question.
Keep Hayward. Kemba has Al Jefferson and Lance Stephenson to compete with on a nightly basis for who's going to be "the guy" for CHA each game. Hayward doesn't have much competition on the Jazz. He is "the guy" there, and everyone knows it. He's your safe bet in this deal.
I actually don't think the trade is that bad off. Ibaka's numbers will come back down to earth in a huge way now that Westbrook & Durrant are back. Ariza has always been a health liability. And Gay has been great this season, but he has some kind of leg issue bothering him already this season...and apparently it bothered him last season, too. Any injury that carries over is bound to be a fantasy pain (pardon the pun).
I actually like the Matthews, Monroe, Knight side.
Matthews offers fantastic value with points, 3's, steals, and both shooting percentages, as well as low turnovers. Monroe has played great this season, and he is still pretty young for being around so long. I see him being dealt to a contender and really picking up huge value down the stretch of this season. And Knight has been a freak in MIL...his numbers are insane. But, he has a ton of potential and is young, as well. There is too much to like here to assume this trade should be vetoed. Lots of upside, very few negatives. Don't be fooled by big "brand names". This is a good trade for both sides.
In any case, it shouldn't be vetoed.
Depends on the league. Bosh/Hayward would be my vote. Individual players don't win fantasy championships, depth does. Like I said though...I'd need more info on the league before making a final decision. I'm still more for Bosh/Hayward based on value for this season alone.
Teague & Hayward. Lawson and Gay seem banged up this year, and if their struggling teams continue to struggle, they could get added rest down the stretch...aka fantasy playoff time. If at any time you can get Hayward, I would jump on board. He is the Utah Jazz, he is the #1 scoring option for that team every night. Teague and Lawson are a wash, as Lawson can never stay healthy for a full season and Teague is a solid all-around play. Gay is playing great this year, but Cousins has been off thus far (and I believe he is currently ill). Cousins usage rate is top notch when he plays, so Gay is the #2 guy on a healthy Kings team. I give that edge to Hayward.
