I think the determining factors between these two are if your team needs help in 3-pointers and assists or rebounds and blocks. Blake is a PG and averages 2 3-pointers a game and 4.5 assists per game. Hawes is a PF/C and has 7. Rebs and 1.8 blk's.
If I were forced to choose one without knowing anything else, I would choose Hawes because it's rare to have a Center with his numbers in free agency.
