    Altuve / Kluber Trade

    by Colin 17 hours ago

I initially brought it up in an email but then he proposed the trade.

You sound like you think it's a very lopsided trade. I'm not so sure it is. Kluber is ranked inside the top 10 for SP. Harrison is more of a throw in at this point. Obviously I agree with you in that I'm leaning towards doing the trade. I just want to be fair.

    His pitching staff includes:
    - Zack Greinke
    - Julio Teheran
    - Fernando Rodney
    - Kenley Jansen
    - Justin Verlander
    - Phil Hughes
    - Matt Latos

    Altuve / Kluber Trade

    by Colin 17 hours ago

Ok, maybe I'm not "stacked" but I think I have a pretty good staff. Enough to trade somebody.
Of course I'd have a need for Harrison but not as much of a need if I have Altuve.

Holds and QS are counted as categories as well.

    C - Wilson Ramos
    1B - Adrian Gonzalez
    2B - Josh Harrison
    SS - Jean Segura
    3B - Evan Longoria
    OF - Jose Bautista
    OF - Jorge Soler
    OF - Yasmani Tomas
    DL - Hunter Pence

    SP - Steven Strasburg
    SP - Corey Kluber
    SP - Lance Lynn
    SP - Alex Cobb
    SP - Hisashi Iwakuma
    SP - Taijuan Walker
    RP - Steve Cishek
    RP - Addison Reed
    RP - Joakim Soria
    RP - Joe Smith
    RP - Danny Farquhar
    NA - Noah Syndergaard

  • Here's the possible trade.

I get Jose Altuve for Corey Kluber and Josh Harrison.

I need help with SB, AVG and Runs. He desperately needs pitching whereas I'm stacked with pitchers. I was going to throw in Harrison because I don't need him otherwise.

Do you think this is a fair trade? Do you think I need to throw in Harrison or not?

    Any thoughts appreciated.

  • Who would you take between Felix and Strasburg?
