Also look to improve bench depth. You don't need 3 QBs so I'd try to move Favre or Cutler and another player for a better RB.

Just trying to figure out if I made the right calculated risk of picking up Ryan Grant ahead of Ryan Matthews in the early 3rd Rd.
Grant has the consistency edge cuz he's done it before and had a pretty solid season last year.
Can't really tell much about Matthews until he sets foot on the field and the Chargers contract issues with some players could indirectly hurt his value.
