In my experience, the pitchers will start to go anywhere, from the 2nd round to the 6th round. Its one of those things that once one person starts to take the top pitchers, everyone jumps in on it to not miss out. Pitching can win you a league all on its own, but since pitching is really flaky, it can lose it for you all on its own too. So its up to you if you want to take the risk on the best pitchers early, or steal the rest of the bats while everyone else is gobbling them up. Lincecum is the only pitcher that could/should go in the first 2 rounds, the rest should wait for after the bats.

Its crazy. You don't need this trade. He does. He has no outfielders. Ellsbury is the only outfielder worth anything on his roster. When comparing last years numbers, Pujols is way better than Tex. I wouldn't make a trade that includes Pujols if it was me, but if you are willing to trade him,
Pujols/Bay/Peavy -- Tex/Utley/Lincecum/Ellsbury
There is no way i would go for any other deal. Pujols is that good. And with Holliday staying in that lineup, he is going to get the chance to drive in even more runs. Your going to be giving his a power outfield bat that he doesn't have and your taking a big drop in HR/R/AVG/OBP by giving up Pujols. If he wont give you Ellsbury, its up to you if that will be ok. Otherwise, without Tex/Utley/Lincecum, then this is a bad trade for you.
