How many teams do you have before cutting them? Less teams makes for a league where less managing occurs when you have allstar teams. Get new owners!

Question.... with 16/14 AL/NL split (30 teams), how do you draft two teams each and get to 16 teams? Even moving the Astros to the AL makes 15/15. Where does the 16th team come from? Leftovers from all the others cutters?

Fellow Illini native! I'm interested in finding out about your league and would join if we are a match!

I'll buck concensus and take Side B.
Edge to Votto over Hosmer. He's proven.
Edge to Tulo over HRAM. Worst case Tulo moves off SS and over to 3rd as he ages. I'll take SS/3B over HRAM who will probably end up a CF'r in the future.
Edge to Kershaw over King Felix. NL West lineups, big parks, less wear/tear on the arm.

Damn it took like an hour to read all the debate but I gotta side with da Gripdog. Reading the original discussion....NFW I take McC for Peavy or Kaz/McC over Peavy in a keeper league! I don't like taking the lesser players for the better one if I have to consolidate the keeper spots into the best talent I can get my hands on. Maybe Kazmir is healthy and would be a better bet for 2010 but long term I can't see the huge upgrade Charlie talks about or any at all for that matter. I think Price will continue to develop into a top of the rotation arm.
