  The previous answer is correct from my experience and I have played in several keeper leagues. Having the owners draft correctly during the keeper portion of the draft is the key.
  
  It has worked fine in my leagues.

  I also prefer H2H although I got my start for several years in roto. My two best leagues use max moves per half season to prevent excessive churning of SPs. The Commmish resets at the all-star break.
  
  There is some discussion of the max moves per week in one league. That is new this year in Yahoo.
