  I am looking for serious managers to join my league. I tried as hard as I could to make th...

  I am looking for serious managers to join my league. I tried as hard as I could to make this league as "realistic" as I could. I am starting a real-life lineup with a LF, CF, and RF, 5 starting pitchers and 4 relief pitchers. I have also set up the waiver process to make this H2H league trully weekely. All unkowned players are always on waivers with a bidding process for them each Monday. Waivers are cleared only after rosters have been set for the coming week. This will make depth and player flexibility paramount as there is no quick free agent replacement for injured players. Either you have a backup on roster or you will risk having no replacement for the coming week. This will require much thought to be put into the 6 bench positions.
  I have also mixed up the standard 5x5 categories to try for a more acurate valuation of players. I have OBP instead of AVG and Total Bases instead of Home Runs. This should finally give value to the long-forgotten doubles hitter and walk-taker.
  For pitching I have come up with a system to discuorage "streaming" while giving value to middle relievers.
