Which side gets the better deal? Thanks!
You lose the round up that the player was drafted not the round they were drafted. I picked Fielder in the 2nd Posey in the 3rd Myers in the 4th and Lawrie was drafted in the 6th not 5th round (still a bad pick but its not as bad).
The league is 12 Team H2H we get 4 keepers and we lose the round up they were drafted. My team is:
C - Buster Posey - Lose 2nd rounder if kept
1B - Victor Martinez - Lose 14th rounder
2B - Aaron Hill - Lose 7th
3B - Jake Lamb - Lose 25th
SS - Erik Aybar - Lose 25th
OF - Brett Gardner - Lose 10th
OF - Gregory Polanco - Lose 13th
OF - Chris Carter - Lose 17th
Util - Starling Marte - Lose 4th
Util - Billy Butler - Lose 10th
BN - Dustin Ackley - Lose 25th
BN - Marcell Ozuna - Lose 25th
BN - Michael Taylor - Lose 25th
BN - Jorge Soler - Lose 25th
BN - George Springer (DL) - Lose 12th
DL - Hanley Ramirez - Lose 1st
DL - Brett Lawrie - Lose 5th
DL - Wil Myers - Lose 3rd
SP - Cole Hamels - Lose 8th
SP - James Shield - Lose 6th
SP - Hyun Jin Ryu - Lose 9th
RP - Koji Uehara - Lose 15th
RP - Casey Janssen - Lose 17th

BN - Jake Arrieta - Lose 25th
BN - Wily Peralta - Lose 25th
I'm definitely going to be keeping Springer and Polanco however after that everyone else is up for option. Any thoughts on maybe keeping Sanchez especially if he has a shot at starting next year? Also I won't be keeping Hanley Ramirez because it makes no sense to. As of now i have a top 3 pick and I can just redraft him if I want to next year. Thanks for the help!
it's a 3 year max for keeping players. Posey was a 3rd rounder this year so he would cost me my 2nd round pick next year and i have no interest in keeping Hanley when i can redraft him next year if i want to then. Does anyone think i should possibly keep Buxton or just redraft him earlier next year?

Basically the fantasy year from hell for me. Lost Prince Fielder right away and its more or less just been downhill from there... Anyways we get 4 keepers right now I'm thinking Myers Springer Polanco for sure not quite sure about the 4th guy. Any suggestions? Also we lose the pick from the round up of the player we keep so right now I'd be losing a 3rd rounder, a 12th rounder and a 13th rounder. Thanks for the help!
you say the average scares you but Davis' isnt much better and Springer has more walks and homers than Davis in less ABs. i would have offered up Davis instead if that was possible. If you're in win now it's a good move but if i'm him im keeping Springer. Like i've got Springer and Polanco on my team drafted both and intend to keep them for the max 3 years
i'd keep Springer over Davis or Desmond. the guy was almost a 40/40 guy in the minors so the speed is bound to come eventually. But getting back to the question, in a keeper i would actually consider trading away Hamels if it meant getting Springer as a keeper
Team A. They get good all around hitter in Adams and a great pitcher who's just in a rough stretch of games in Scherzer for a guy who has killed it right now but its only a matter of time until pitchers catch on to his faults you would think. Can you answer my post Shelby Miller or Yordano Ventura? Thanks.
few questions. Keeper league? how many outfield you able to start? how many util if any? and the guy with Hamels need an OF and have other pitchers that he can afford to trade Hamels?
ya but im not sure i would keep a pitcher either way so just go by rest of the year. Pitching categories are W CG SO SV K ERA WHIP
fair trade but i think i'd also prefer Pence and Iwakuma only because Pence is more reliable than Coco. Can you answer mine please Shelby Miller or Yordano Ventura? Thanks.
