  The commish changed the settings to his decision from league vote for the trades then made...

  The commish changed the settings to his decision from league vote for the trades then made the following 2 trades.
  Trade 1
  He got: I.Kovalchuk, P.Ilias, D.Hamhuis, P.Rinne
  He gave J.Staal, P. Dupuis, C.Ward, C.Fowler
  
  Trade 2
  He gave: RNH, Evander Kane
  He got: S.Stamkos, T.Ruutu
  
  Is it just me or is he cheating
