does any of the sites support salary cap keepers with auction? It looked like ESPN could, but doesn't allow you to deduct salaries
Looking for a good manager to take over for a disgruntled former employee. The team is currently in 15th pace but has some nice pieces.
Some nice prospects, as well:
Post here if you are interested.
10-team H2H 5x5. I have Sale, Salazar, Pomeranz, Wright, Duffy, Estrada & Velasquez as pitchers. Blackmon, Upton, Herrera, Bourjos & Grichuk as outfielders. Have to start 5 OF.
I'm just on the cusp of the playoffs, but have been slaughtered in the hitting categories by the top 4 teams.
Are you sure? Look at the #'s in a PPR league. Antonio Brown has averaged over 23 ppg the last two seasons. Todd Gurley averaged just over 16. I do think with the increased workload Gurley can narrow the gap some, but that's a pretty big discrepancy. I threw out week 3 when calculating Gurley's #'s. I do think the best bet is to keep Antonio Brown another year.
In NL only I'm surprised Dee Gordon wasn't stashed. I'd absolutely drop Revere for Gordon. You have 5 OF better than him and he is going to be losing starts to both Taylor and Trae Turner down the stretch. Gordon should return to the front of a lineup that includes Stanton, Ozuna and Yelich. Has way more value even if he doesn't come close to what he did last year.
You are right about the Then Than thing... wasnt thinking when i was typing. and most the time in things like this Im tooooo lazy to make sure my grammar is perfect... i just want to make sure my message comes across. Hopkins might have out produced in some areas like receptions and yards... Hopkins had 111 receptions to marshals 109... Hopkins had 1521 yards to Marshall's 1502. But Marshall had more TDs 14 to 11. Marshall lost 2 more fumbles though... none the less...Marshall out scored Hopkins... at least in my league. But Hopkins is the guy to have regardless... he is younger and less tread on the tires... and having the 4th pick in a PPR league... i dont know if Brown, ODB or Julio will get to me at 4... that is only 3 players
Among the players you list, Gomez, Lester are definitely not keepers. Also, with just 7 keepers, protect HITTING above all else. You will find much better SP'ers on the FA wire in late April and early May than you will find hitting, until the top rookies are brought up in mid-June. (Examples in 2016 - Aaron Sanchez, Pomerantz, Rich Hill, Michael Fulmer, Junior Guerra, etc. You can darn near build a pitching staff with top-producing free agents.)
You might be able to convince me that protecting Carrasco makes sense. That leaves six other spots - Bryant, Encarnacion, Marte, Harper are a given. That means you can and should protect Conforto and Moncada both. Problem solved.
P.S. You don't have any other hitters now on your team that are top-75 players?
thanks for the advice guys. I wanted to go Marshall but I have the 1st pick int he second round and theres only about 5 or 6 teams with a 1st round pick so I can probably keep Green or Hill and still get Marshall/or better with my 2nd rounder. You guys think thats a better option then keeping marshall?
No, Yahoo will ONLY generate a random draft order 30 mins prior to the draft. However, if you choose. You can use a "third party tool" to "generate" a random draft order, then transfer that draft order manually into the draft as many days ahead of time as you prefer.
12Team H2H Keeper league; we keep 6. Currently in 6th place.

This particular league has a pretty deep FA pool....
What are ya'll's thoughts? 0.o.
Altuve, not close. He's the best player, and chance of Pomeranz ending season as good as he is now is minimal.
