I'd keep AJ, McCoy, and OBJ. You'd love 3 draft picks, but in mocks I've done... Beckham has gone in 1st round. McCoy in 2nd, and Green in late 2nd or 3rd.
Beckham may not have as explosive a years as last, but should be good. Second year in new offense for entire Giants team, Eli started slow last year but it came around. Should be better this year. So, Beckham is still a quality WR1.
Green/Dalton/BEngals are up and down, hard to figure out. But, if he's healthy, he's still a steal as any FF team's WR2.
Lots of people are kinda down on McCoy, I think he's going to be huge this year. Rex likes to run the ball, A LOT. Add in him having a chip on his shoulder and wanting to prove Chip Kelly wrong, and I see a pretty big year from him.
4th round you might be able to pick up Gore, Forsett, Ellington, Stewart, Yeldon, all viable RB2s.
I'm in a keeper league that's been going on for almost 15 years. I've won multiple championships, the last just a few years ago, but now I find myself mired in last place. Injuries and some poor draft choices have left me struggling. So now I'm turning to the community, hoping you guys can offer some sound advice. Is it time for me to trade away some of the better known talent I have to restock on youth and prospects? Here's the recent trade offered my way:
McCutchen for deGrom/Correa
For reference, my team if people are interested. H2H league, weekly categories.
C Russell Martin
1B Kendrys Morales
2B Justin Turner
SS Adeiny Hechavarria (Note: Seager on the bench waiting)
3B Adrian Beltre
OF Andrew McCutchen
OF Carlos Gonzalez
OF Matt Kemp
Util Kole Calhoun
Util Mike Moustakas
BN Gregory Polanco
BN Corey Seager
BN Wil Myers
BN Josh Hamilton
SP Jon Lester
SP Masahiro Tanaka
SP Ubaldo Jimenez
SP Francisco Liriano
SP Yordano Ventura
RP Aroldis Chapman
RP Santiago Casilla
BN Daniel Norris
I think you're reading that backwards. He's saying he'd be giving away those picks and getting those guys. If my statement is correct, I wouldn't do any of those deals. Unless this league involves a lot of money or something, you wouldn't want to mortgage the future (aka those picks) for small upgrades to pitching this year.
When trading picks for players (assuming you're the person who wants the players) I always try to figure out what their likely draft position will be the next year, then subtract a round or two to make it more enticing for the other player. Example: If you think Hammel is a 15th round (non-keeper league) pitcher, then you maybe trade your 14th or 13th round pick for him (in your case 9th or 10th round post keepers).
In a keeper league, I would never trade a guy for a pick more than a few places away from where he would naturally fall in the draft, unless I'm really desperate.
10 person, ppr league.
I'm definitely keeping Mike Evans (he would cost me an 8th round pick).
I was thinking of keeping Greg Olsen (he would be my 4th round pick) and Michael Floyd (he would be my 6th round pick). Thoughts?

**BEWARE** Commish Carlos, You still owe people $$ from last years leagues "Necessary roughness" and "Longest Yard" and who knows how many others you didnt pay. We paid thru paypal, and would appreciate getting paid from our winnings. If you need a refresher on the ones you still owe $$ to, start with me. $245 I have still have coming.... ****Sign up in his leagues at your own risk****
Personally, I like trade 2 better. Luck is a huge upgrade over Newton, Anderson could be a horse for the broncos as Peyton declines and I don't care what you say about Jay Cutler, his #1 WRs have a tendency to finish in the top 10. I understand you need WR depth, but trade #2 is my choice. And why are you sitting on 3 non-starting viable RBs, trade 2 of those bench warmers for a WR. Good luck this season.
