You didn't say how many teams/what format so the question can't be answered.
Depending on who else is available would decide your cuts. First one I'd dump for Gyorko would be Luebke. Too much to gain by keeping Howard. You may need to also look at trying some deals to upgrade your long term offense and RP's. Once season starts I'd look to move Cruz, Howard and HanRam and probably Myers (I see high k's coming and lacking in contact skills). For the right deal I'd move J Upton now as I don't think his trade value will ever be higher.
I'd also look to package up Gallardo, Parker,Hultzen, Skaggs for upgrades as well.

Hostess was sold today to the company that owns Pabst.. Lets hope they don't water down the Twinkies too. LoL. They also own Hardee's and Carl Jr's.. I've noticed that company is making a turn around.. Maybe they can get Hostess back up and making money.... They plan to have them in stores by this summer, and it is reported that Zach Galifianakis is going to be the new spokesmen for the brand..
