IF you want to win now, its Adams. Who knows about Russell. I will tell you this though, Oscar Tavares is not too far off from being in STL when he gets 100% healthy, pushing Craig back to first base and thus limiting Adams PT
Im starting a keeper league. This is the first year so we haven't drafted yet.Live online draft on March 29 at noon est..interested let me know..10 teams will be in league..
He's still producing top 80 value on the year in 9 cat leagues.
He hasn't lived up to the expectations but he is FAR from a bum! LOL that's actually funny. Don't blame "experts" for your mistakes.
BTW, Beverley is also returning top 80 value on the season too. Top 50 in the last month.
Amar'e has put up his best 3 games of the year in the last 3. And even in those 3 it's not like he's been night and day better than Favors. He's had better FG% but that's unlikely to last since his average of 72% from the field in the last 4 games is a far stretch from his career average of 53%. That last number is much closer to Favor's season average. He has scored more than Favors, but points are by far the easiest to make up for in fantasy leagues. He's had less TO's lately, but Favor's TO's in the last few games are a little higher than normal for him. Other than that, even in past 4 games which were Amar'es best, Favors has been the better rebounder and shot blocker while being even in steals.
If that difference is enough for you to give up on Favors for Amar'e then go for it!!

Due to injuries I've been adding and dropping PF/C's as they get hot and cold for a while now. Not exactly streaming, more like going with a guy for a week at a time, and then if he's not producing, going with someone else.
Right now I have Alexis Ajinca but he's not doing well and his minutes have dropped off lately.
I know none of these options are game changers, but I'm just looking at the best option for at least a few games to be my 4th string big man.
Jeff Adrien (SF,PF) - could really use the C eligibility, but Adrien's rebs and blocks are nice. Don't trust anyone playing for Larry Drew though
Boris Diaw (PF,C)- He's been surprisingly solid. Not as many rebs as Adrien, but more consistent?
Pattrick Patterson (PF,C) Not that consistent with pts/rebs but the 3's, steals and blocks combos are nice
Kyle O'Quinn (PF,C)- His defensive stats have been almost elite in his last 4 games.
Ryan Kelly (PF)- No C eligibility and playing time is inconsistent, but big minutes he does well.
Elton Brand (PF,C)- Can't believe he's still a fantasy option these days! FG%, and D-stats are nice
Brandon Wright (PF,C)- His FG% and blocks have been good, but playing time and pts/rebs inconsistent
Kelly Olynyk (C) - Last 3 games he played in has averaged 17.6 points, 6.7 rebs, 2.3 ast, and 1.7 3PTM on very nice %'s, but his playing time is inconsistent and he lacks defensive stats.
You tried the rest now get beat by the best.

I had a guy in one mock draft the took Ellsbury with the # 3 pick in the draft and then took 6 or 7 Yankees in a row. Another took Scherzer with the # 3 pick in the draft.
