Commissioner Corner Message Board
Wow. Tied my matchup 5-5 at the end of the week, but then the stat correction comes in where Robertson gets the win and a clean inning to overcome ERA for Wednesday's suspended game and win by 0.01 in ERA, and tie me in wins.
That sucks. Call it unaware managing or sour grapes but Yahoo needs to let me know when the rest of that game is going to be played. He had no one starting Sunday and I easily could've streamed another if I had known there was an end of the game to be played. I lose 6-3. Rant done.
1st year playing fantasy bases. I have the 2nd waiver wire spot. Assuming the #1 waiver guy doesn't grab him, should I drop one of the players below to grab Addison? Maybe Baez even? Thanks!

NL only h2h daily 10 cat. Have 6 players on DL with only 3 DL spots to use. Needing SP's I'm thinking of stashing Marco Gonzalez for use when he's ready. Players I have who I could drop: P.Corbin(stashing for June),Gennett,E.Campbell(using until Wright returns),M.Dunn, J.Maxwell(using until my OF's come off DL). Any thoughts on who to drop welcomed. Could just hold and pass on M.Gonzalez too. Thanks
This is stupid. Stop going out of your way to try and be an antagonist. We are three weeks into the season. You can give him a hard time if Rollins is still terrible in two months.
In the past few days we have had two posts to our league's message boards that had links to external content disappear. One had a link to a blog post by one owner and the other had a link to a Chris Rock commentary on showboating after home runs.
The first post disappeared and the second post had a quick reply to it so now the original post is replaced by "--hidden()" and only the reply shows. And you can not reply to that second post any longer.
What gives Yahoo!? Your chat board is one of the reasons I haven't moved my team to another platform. Why would you be censoring content from external sites? Leave it to the managers to police their leagues.
it's bad but what the hay? dickerson owners are proud and probably would only take a ton him. who cares about the insulting part...send a truly horrible offer in response.
I know it's terrible just gauging at the fact that you thought trading Teixeira, a guy who has been on the decline the past three years, and Escobar, was fair for Dickerson. Usually teams that are bottom feeders make real insulting offers. It's okay. Maybe you can make a run and finish in 6th or something
for the record.... here is their 3 year avg
86 R, 34 HR, 104 RBI, 7 SB, .274 BA
75 R, 33 HR, 84 RBI, 7 SB, .277 BA
Stanton's breakout year is basically E5s 3 year avg. You can make an argument that he was giving you too much.
Well that's sort of my point on the first trade. In the end it cancels each other out, so why trade Stanton who's heating up for Encarnacion who has been cold the first three weeks. Not saying it will last, but Stanton is already starting to hit his stride.
Someone offered me a trade at the start of the season for my Stanton for their McCutchen. The funny thing is, I had the #4 pick and he had #3..I'm thinking, why didn't he take Stanton before me??
