General Message Board
I just finished watching it and went to see my points and a statement posted on picks page says no points given as qualifying was canceled. Any body else have this issue?
You are over thinking; also, he does not play against Revis- Jets played (and beat!!) the Giants last season so they wont be doing it again for a few years. The guy has averaged a TD per game his 1st 2 seasons! Julio Jones has not even reached double digit TDs the last 3-4 seasons. I know touchdowns can be streaky and it is close in PPR but I'd take OBJ over Jones or anyone else at 2nd pick.
I need a replacement manager in a second year keeper league (H2H-Points). The team is currently in 9 of 10 but is only 2 games out of making the final 6th place playoff spot. It's certainly not too late. The current manager has failed to pay and will not respond to messages anymore so I need a replacement manager. The potential keepers are Rizzo, Kris Bryant, Kluber, Cueto and many others. The only reason this team is in 9th is because they have too many bats and not enough pitching for depth. The buy in is $25 and is still a quality team. Please email for information or to take the team. I've put it out to a couple other sources so it should go quick. (Cadiman301@yahoo.com)
They were a playoff team last year...they're a playoff team this year. Pretenders don't make the playoffs in MLB. I'm the biggest Cub fans there is. I'm not saying they're going to win it all just because they have the best record, but this is MLB. If you make the playoffs you are definitely a good team - capable of winning it all. Unlike the NBA where just about any team can make it to the post-season.

Yeah but in that same draft Andrew McCutchen went as the number 1 pick and you still can't get any higher than 5th

OBJ is currently the #2 ranked player in Yahoo leagues. Would you take him before Julio, Hopkins, Robinson or Dez? With Josh Norman in Washington now, that means Beckham has two games that could be problematic. One of those is week 17, depending on your league, that could be a BIG problem if that week counts for you. He also will have to face Revis island one week (not as scary as it used to be, but still..) Add in a bye week and there's a good 1/4 of the season that my WR1 would almost certainly NOT produce big numbers.
Assuming Brown is already taken, would you pull the trigger on Beckham before another high end WR? Take him ahead of David Johnson or Bell?
I know I'd take Brown and Julio (esp. now that HE doesn't have to face Norman twice) over Beckham, but if I had 3rd or 4th pick and Beckham is there, I've avoided him in mocks. Even if they were gone, I've still been avoiding OBJ and gone with Hopkins.
Am I over thinking it?
Try Firefox as your browser. I had the same slow loading of Yahoo ads with EDGE and Google. I expected Firefox to be the same but the ads caused no problem with that browser. One drawback is Firefox wouldn't load stat tracker.
A team can have a bad day and gain points or a good day and lose points. That's the nature of Roto. I am guessing that your team has Rosenthal or another pitcher that allowed earned runs without recording an out. That shows as INF. That would explain the miscalculation.

Yes, too many legal steroid users in the HOF to suddenly make it illegal. Some guys wouldn't be HOF with or without steroids. Ortiz is hotter than fish grease without steroids. The same as A-Rod!
................. Is currently awful and sitting on many fantasy benches around the world but is he now at the stage where you would drop him for prospects like AJ Reed or waiver darlings like Logan Forsythe?
