Commissioner Corner Message Board
My league has 10 members. One member from last year didn't rejoin this year and that's fine but it keeps saying there is a reserved spot for him. I had to change it to a 12 team league just to get a 10th member. My draft is in 2 days, and it says I need 12 teams to draft but I want it to be a 10 team league. Will we still be able to draft with 10 members as long as it is even?

Keep 0,1, 2, or 3 players. Gronkowski and Peyton Manning are available choices for this team. Looking for one good manager.
So, I'm in a 10 team league, and I won last season, so I have the 10th and 11th overall pick (snake draft). I have two solid options for my keeper, and I just want to know which give me the best value...
My current keeper is LeVeon Bell, and I would insert him into my 2nd rd pick (11th overall), or I could keep Lamar Miller and insert him into my 8th rd (71st overall).
Should I stick with Bell, or roll with Miller, and still have my 10th and 11th overall picks available to use?
I've never done a live draft for Fantasy Basketball, I'm considering making my own board. I've seen some online, does anyone know of a really good one that I could buy tho?
There is no IR(or IL) spot in Yahoo! fantasy basketball and there has not been one for about 3 years now.
The NBA did away with the IL and as a result, so did Yahoo! since there was no formal list to reference. What the NBA did was allow teams to expand their rosters to accommodate for injured players and they declare those players as inactive or active before each game.
ok so it lets you select the scoring categories, but you cannot assign them point totals? does that sound correct? We want a power play goal to be worth 1.5 and a short handed goal to be worth 2. thanks for the help
Well organized Pick Em League on its 14th year
This was a private league averaging 45 players a year. I decided to open to the public to hopefully invite more players.
EVERY CENT OF THE BUY-IN GO TO THE PAYOUTS.
The important details:
$85 buy-in (exactly covers 17 weeks at $5 each week).
$3 goes to the weekly winner and $2 to the season pot.
Extra incentive on a perfect week where all $5 goes to the perfect week winner.
Season winners takes 60% (1st place), 30% (2nd) and 10% (3rd).
Season payout in case of ties will be divided accordingly.

Example of payouts if there are 50 players and there are no perfect weeks:

Total season pot is $1700. Winner takes $1020, 2nd takes $510 and 3rd takes $170.

With AP and CJ, you can afford to swing for the fences with your RB3--and I think Murray has the higher ceiling. He showed flashes of brilliance in limited action last year, and this year Oakland promises to have a better passing game to help open up the running lanes. Roy Helu and Trent Richardson don't offer much competition in the backfield, while a healthy Darren McFadden (for however long that lasts) and Lance Dunbar certainly DO offer competition for Randle in the Cowboys' backfield. Dallas' vaunted offensive line has been driving a hype train for Randle during the preseason, especially when McFadden was a little dinged, but Run DMC is the more talented back when healthy, and I think your trade partner has fallen victim to the hype.
I'd do the trade.
