Who to Start Message Board
I have Goldshmidt, salvador perez, correa, Arenado, betts, fowler, chris carter, Neil walker, Yelich, Jay Bruce and Ian Desmond. I'm basically winning every offensive category. My pitching is the weak spot lol
I would have drafted Goldshmidt number one overall if given the chance... but I never got it. Glad too. Not sure what's going on with him?
It might be---it's always seemed just around the corner. Hell, as of now, he's projected to finish year .338/.390/.503 with 17 HR, 94 RBI, 26 SB, and 132 (!!) runs. That there is #1 SS and top5 overall player type of #'s.
Regarding your trade, you paid a good price, but not too much. EE is on the downslope of his career, Price is good but is 30 years old....Conforto is a tough dynasty pick to lose but you gotta lose something good and young to land Xander.
And you got Belt, who'll be a solid, yet unspectacular, player for a few more years.
Xander is a top 5ish dynasty value right now----off top of my head, only definitely ahead of him are Harper, Trout, Machado. He's right there in dynasty value with Arenado and Correa and probably just ahead of Kris Bryant/Rizzo/Mookie Betts/Kershaw etc.
I would try to trade Jackie Bradley Jr. while he has tremendous value
He's going to be good this year, but he's not going to be a .300+ hitter by year's end
Good job turning the team around and I know the pain of losing Richards
I'm surprised Lucroy didn't get drafted in your league or was he dropped
Looking for a few managers. Please let me know if you're interested and I'll send an invite.

Is he a sleeper this year, a good late round pick up that could be a top 5 producer at the position? He's as big as Graham, but faster. Brees made Hill and Watson look like All Pros last year. Fleener is young and has shown flashes of great play while in a timeshare in Indy. Nola's O-line isn't great and Brees isn't what he used to be, but Indy's line and Luck was pretty bad last year too.
Punt on TE in mid rounds (where Reed, Eifert, Olson, Kelce have been going) to stock up on WR and RB, save Fleener for later?
id say my 12 team h2h team is better than yours

we had 3 keepers though ... 1st place.
What kind of value does Stroman hold? What caliber of bat could I get in a 10 man keeper league? I am essentially rebuilding for the future and if I can get a good ROI for Stroman I may have to consider using him for trade bait.
Let me begin by saying that while I know some sort of regression is in order (for Trumbo) I'm a firm believer that he can hit 40 HRs (or come close) if he stays healthy. With that in mind, what type of player would be enough to convince you to part with him? For example, would you trade Trumbo for K.Seager? Throw out some names of other players who might be "gettable" who you'd prefer over Trumbo for the rest of the season.
