Definitely see if your trade partner has enough good will to agree to a commissioner's veto of the trade. If he/she does, then contact the commish. I've been on both ends of accidental trades, and when both managers have worked through it, it's opened the door to better relationships and increased trading b/w that manager and me. If the other manager is unwilling to be reasonable, you may have to go to the commish and request a commish veto or league vote. If neither solves it, then unfortunately you'll have to live with it.
