Need help recruiting!!

Does anyone have any advice on how to recruit new manager's for my league, I'm try to start up? Help would be appreciated. Thanks.

  Open the league up to the public. But, be sure you set your rules/requirements of what types of managers you are looking for on your commissioner's notes prior to inviting the public. I've experienced some real "duds" because of not setting the rules up front. I've also picked up a few really involved managers in other leagues I'm in by inviting them to my league. Good Luck
