Waiver question

Is there any way to have continuous waivers set up so you can put a claim on a player on say tuesday and have him join your team for the next day (ie wednesday?)

    because for my time zone, people are up at 3 am (when the free agents can be picked up for...
    
    because for my time zone, people are up at 3 am (when the free agents can be picked up for the new day) and they hoard all the best players... then we have others in the league that work and have school, so its unfair to them
