replacement owner 16 team league

you are allowed two keepers.i need a player whos going to try to beat his opponent every week and make what ever trade is necessary to do so.the team is 38-68-4 the last playoff spot is 63-46-1 we use 11 categories.if oyu dont know how to take advantage of this format dont bother this team has dwayne wade evan turner granger bargnani hanslem boozer and parsons and a few others.please the last two guys i added are doing thier thing i need one more!!!
